Monitoring the reactions to the Draghi report

Reactions to the Draghi report have been overwhelmingly positive. From star economist Thomas Piketty to EU think tanks, everyone praised its contents. However there remains a big challlenge: while almost no one disputes the contents of the report, applying its recommendations might prove difficult. German politicians have already come out against joint EU borrowing and getting the EU27 to agree will be one of the challenges of the new European Commission.
